We currently only ship to Canada and the United States. If you are outside of these countries please email us for shipping information.

Your item will be shipped within 2-5 business days after placing your order. If the item is made-to-order, please allow for 7 - 10 days for the item to ship.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Each piece of jewellery is handmade and there might be slight variations among items. These imperfections are intrinsic to hand crafted jewellery and make your piece truly one of a kind.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted 7 days after delivery date. All returns must be unworn and in the same condition as purchased, with no signs of damage or wear. Please include original tags (if any) with items in the original packaging (box and pouch included).

• If you are exchanging an item, your new item will ship 2-5 days after your return is received and processed. 

​

• You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.

​

• Return items may be refused if this criteria is not met and items will be shipped back to the return address.
